Stories Stories Stories #2

So far it's not been the best start to the year although I have got myself a couple of new dresses recently and a lovely pink jumper with hearts on that has an Enid from Wednesday vibe.

Anyway, here are some stories I've been reading recently:

Frat House Feminization by Sissy Girl Sammi

This is a fun tale set at Halloween as a witch takes revenge on a bunch of frat boys. Anyone who has read my Ember Montoya caps will know how much I like this sort of stuff plus multiple transformations is always fun. I must just mark out one fate, that of Eric who is made transgender. Nothing physically happens to him but mentally he's starting to think about things he never has before. Wonderfully he later sounds out another of the gang regarding crossdressing at Halloween because, hey, everyone does it. Aww, we've all been there, sweetie. Whether or not Erica would become someone who stands up for trans rights or continues on as a rich arsehole trampling all over her trans brothers and sisters remains to be seen.

Tomboy Trouble by Razmagurk

This one by the ever reliable Razmagurk is for those that love the 'what if girls acted like boys' trope and is also a lot of fun especially how it ends up.

The Wrong Uniform by Grace Fairway

Always nice to see new stories from Grace especially involving clothes swapping. This one is set in a school and takes place between a teacher and her chavvy student in detention. It was influenced by another story I read for the first time recently Spanking the Teacher by Netsylph which I enjoyed. One for people who enjoy F2F clothes swapping and power swaps

Finally I would just like to mention Evie Hyde's blog Evie's Emporium where Evie has been posting new stories every day so far this year. Great for those who enjoy M2F, F2F, power swaps corruption and especially bitchification. My recent faves include the Fit Bitch universe, De-Gen-Erate, the Role With It universe (which I love playing in), Hate Me Harder and Softening. I'm also honoured to be writing a story with Evie which I'm really enjoying the process of. I have wanted to start doing some longer stuff.

Ms Marvel

Once again where Marvel goes, I follow. As Ms Marvel has presently landed on Disney + and is doing well I thought I would put up a couple of themed captions. Unfortunately I don't have the names of either cosplayer.

This one was created for Jeannie over at Rachel's Haven and uses one of my favourite concepts - Secret Cosplay. The premise being that a person receives an envelope with a cosplay choice on they must dress as for a local convention and if they dare ignore it then the choice will be fulfilled whether they like it or not. I seem to remember creating as a way to get some quick capbacks done with a common concept I could use without doing the same thing over and over again. I have varied it and there are quite a few captions and characters I've used it with now. This one is more the classic Carol Danvers version of the character though rather than the Kamala Khan version from the TV show.

Secret Cosplay: Ms Marvel (2018)

This second caption was created for Jay Seaver over at Rachel's Haven and was inspired by the then recent Captain Marvel movie and riffs on a more conventional bodyswap scenario.

Christmas Morning

I was going to work up a caption featuring a topic I've been interested in recently (namely adults pretending to be teens but no-one noticing) but I didn't have time in the end so I've done it as a short scene. It's a bit rough but I hope you like.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Breakfast is on the table now! Anyone not here in five minutes will meet a very well fed cat!" I shouted to the family upstairs. I'm not sure if mum would have said the same thing but since I'm driving now, I think I'm entitled to go off book every now and again.
One by one all three came downstairs. Although they looked the same to the outside world, to me things still looked askew. I only hoped the effect didn't last long or that I would find a way to reverse it.  Either way, this was going to be the strangest Christmas the Davis family ever had. We were a tight knit unit: mother, father and two teenagers, a boy and a girl, but, as I said, things were a little more askew this year and it was like we had all been knocked to the left a little. I had prepared a special breakfast for Christmas Day, some reindeer shaped pancakes with some sausages and eggs, and I hoped not only would they like it but they would not suspect my cooking knowledge was minimal at best. I was the mother of the house, you see, a kind and dutiful housewife, dressed in a very festive red dress, black tights and tinsel earrings. A comical pair of antlers adorned my head and I was wearing a special apron with Santa on. Nobody would think it unusual to look in on us now that a 17 year old boy was the mother of the house. Somehow they would think that my tall, gangly frame, short brown hair and scattering of acne was not that odd for a housewife in her early 40s.
"Sausages from Tesco again?" my husband asked while chewing. "Yes, I got some new ones with apple in. I thought you would like them," I replied. "Well I do, very nice," came the response. This took me aback a little as I had never known my 16 year old sister to be pleased about much, certainly not in the last few years, but now to all intents and purposes she was my husband. Her blonde hair was somewhat shorter than usual and she was dressed in an old white t-shirt, striped shorts and a blue dressing gown but she was still my sister. My dad's clothes fit her perfectly, as did all of ours, only she wasn't aware of the change. That burden was on my shoulders alone, eye of the storm I guess as I was the one that caused this, and I'm not sure if I would rather live in ignorance. I know what you're thinking and, yes, I tried to avoid all forms of contact with her. I had a few 'headaches' over the past couple of days. She still seemed like my dad though from the way he would slump in front of the news every night with a glass of beer to the dirty jokes I heard occasionally heard him say to his friends on the phone. This time though it was the disapproving looks of his wife rather than his giggling son that heard them.
My mum was the biggest surprise of all. I knew it would be weird dealing with myself, essentially, but I never knew how weird. She came to the table dressed in a Star Wars t-shirt, black shorts and a striped dressing gown, slumped into a seat and didn't speak two words to me other than to ask some syrup for the pancakes. Her body shape was still the same but her hair was shorter and a little spikier than before, less salon fresh, but still with some grey around the edges. Was that really how I acted? I didn't realise that before, well, you don't know how others look at you. If I manage to reverse this then I'm going to make some changes although I would much rather have my old life back today. My mum had to cook the dinner and basically plan Christmas whereas I only eat it and sit on my arse watching TV all day.
"Kelly! Are you coming" I shouted upstairs. "Yes, in a minute, I'm talking to Kayla." The proper question would be when was 'she' not talking to Kayla. Those girls were never off the phone to each other. I say girls, by the way, but the part of Kelly was now given to my father. He came around the corner, about 6ft in height with long, greying hair but with the unshakable belief that he was a 16 year old girl. My dad was dressed in Kelly's usual night attire, a pink strappy top and booty shorts with lips branded on them and 'kiss-chase champ' on the front of the top, fluffy pink slippers and a pink dressing gown with hearts on. He drifted into his seat and turned his nose up at the food I offered and insisted on some cereal instead as he was 'staying away from fatty foods'. "Mum, can I go to Kayla's for dinner?," he asked, smiling at me. "No, dear," I replied firmly "It's Christmas and your grandparents are coming over so we are all eating here." "But that's not fair!" "Tough. You can go to Kayla's on Boxing Day," I said. "Daddy!" he protested. "Robert!" I added, remembering my mum's usual tactic of getting my dad on side. "Your mother's right, you can go to Kayla's tomorrow," my sister replied, the irony of her refusing her own request was not lost on me. "Yeah, my parents said tomorrow, total bummer," 'Kelly' complained with the phone clamped to his ear, twirling his hair around one finger "yeah, I know right. Face Time later, kay."
"What time's dinner today, Emma?" my sister suddenly said. "About half three," I replied, luckily I retained enough of my mum's cookery knowledge and recipe books to cobble together a competent Christmas dinner. "Oh good," she smiled "just enough time for me to wrap that little gift I got you". I sighed at the mention of her 'little gift' as that's what got us into this situation to begin with. When my dad got back from his last trip to Romania I saw him stow away a small orb under some socks in his drawer. Intrigued, I dug it out and that was when my mum called me downstairs for some help with the washing up and it was in that moment I wished to be a proper adult. The next morning I woke up in my my parents' bed clad in my mum's nightdress and no matter how much I searched for the orb I couldn't find it. Suddenly I thought, if my sister can actually find the orb then maybe we have a chance at changing back. After I put in the turkey, and peel the veg, oh and then there's the stuffing...
The Beach: Part Two
Becky sauntered along the beach, her long blonde hair flowing in the wind almost colliding with the ice creams she had just bought. Dressed in a skimpy pink bikini she attracted a lot of attention and loved every minute of it. She always flashed back a wink and a grin at whichever man’s eyes caught hers. By contrast Samantha was dressed a little too warmly for a day on the beach as a brown shawl covered her shoulders with black socks and Doc Marten boots covering her feet. Her one concession to the beach was the blue one-piece swimsuit she wore and not even the sun would make her look up from her Charles Dickens omnibus. The one thing that did make her do so though was a mint choc-chip ice cream casually placed in the large tome like a bookmark and a giggling Becky as she licked her raspberry ripple; the colour almost matching her bright red fingernails. The two girls, both in their early 20s were college roommates but had very different outlooks on the day.
“Uh…thanks…I think,” said Samantha lifting the treat from the pages of her book. “Welcome!” trilled Becky. “Now are you going to put that down and come and have a swim with me? You said you would try and enjoy the day.” “How can I with all this revision and college starting up in a few weeks. You know, you should be doing this too!” “I will do but c’mon Sam it’s summer. We’re entitled to a break to recharge our thingummies,” “Yeah, and we both know what you like to plug into to recharge,” Samantha noted as two men with washboard chests and tiny Speedos jogged by and caught Becky’s eye. “I can’t help it if there are so many hotties down…” her voice trailed off as the beach went silent and a bell tolled somewhere in the background.
The ice creams were the first casualty as the girls dropped them into the sand with Samantha’s book making a dull thud as it hit the ground when she stood up but yet she didn’t seem to worry as they were both caught in the Silent Swapper’s trance. The two friends then began undressing and switching clothes. It didn’t take Becky long to untie her short bikini and take off her pink flip-flops to present them to Samantha while the other girl peeled off her layers. A few moments ago Samantha, as much as she liked her friend, would not have been seen dead in her beach attire but now she casually slipped into it as if she had done so that morning; tying the top around her neck as a bigger chest filled it up and pulling up the thong bikini bottom which accentuated her ass as it was rounding itself out. Her skin was a little more tanned and evidence of a skincare regime could be seen. Smart red fingernails replaced her stubby ones and long brown hair with pink highlights replaced her black bob. She slid her feet, also with matching red toenails, into Becky’s pink flip-flops.
Becky’s skin grew less tanned and a little greasier to match a life spent inside reading as she dressed in Samantha’s blue swimsuit that covered more of her body than she usually liked. She pulled on the black socks over her now colourless toenails and covered them in the black boots with the thick soles. As her once bright blonde hair dulled and shortened itself into a dirty brown bob, she pulled the brown shawl over her shoulders and gave a shiver. Her nails grew shorter and she picked up the book from the sand. Becky then gave Samantha her hot pink heart-shaped sunglasses from the top of her head in exchange for her more functional silver reading glasses and took her seat on the blanket. Time soon restarted and the chatter from the beach filled the air once more.
“What…was I saying?” Sammie looked puzzled. “Oh darn and where’s my ice cream!” “You probably ate it,” Rebecca looked up from her book, wiping the sand away “What the hell happened to this? Did I fall asleep?” “Probably. That book looks way boring,” snorted Sammie. “See, just another reason why you shouldn’t be reading at the beach. Come for a swim with me, pleeease!” “Ok, ok, maybe in like half an hour. I need to sort this out” she replied. Sammie looked up as a new car arrived in the car park and suddenly her face lit up. “Oooh fresh fish! I’m gonna go and greet them” she smiled, adjusting her bikini slightly and prancing away. “Typical. Those poor dudes,” Rebecca smiled and said to herself as she turned the page and resumed reading her book.
The Beach: Part One
 It was a warm and sunny day at Brincombe with many locals and visitors taking advantage of the good weather and the Bank Holiday to spend the day at the local beach. While the weather was warm, a chill was about to hit the beach and spread along the coast. It would change everything for the people enjoying the day but only last for a few moments and leave no memory of its visit. The Silent Swapper was in town for the day.
Trying to keep up with demand at the Vanilla Skies ice cream shack was Kelly Matthews. The dark haired 21 year old was relieved to have just finished serving a long queue with her last two ices, a mint choc-chip and a raspberry ripple, to a blonde girl in a skimpy pink bikini, and she was about ready to collapse into a chair. The company uniform wasn’t too flattering with its red polo shirt, black knee length skirt and white apron. When she took the job she thought it would be wonderful to spend summer by the beach however the idea that she would actually need to do some work didn’t seem to hit home then as much as it did now. She glanced out over the rest of the beach patrons with jealousy and then turned to her boss Brian Long, nearly twenty years older and sat scribbling in the corner at his small wooden desk at the back of the small, wooden shack. He was dressed similarly in a red shirt and black trousers both of which had seen better days. “That was quite a long one that last one,” she said. He grunted a little. “Could have done with help,” she continued. “Really, really quite long…” “Yes, yes I get the idea. Privilege of rank, Kelly,” he turned around sighing. “Once you get to wear this fantastic yellow apron,” Brian replied twanging his apron strings, “you’ve really made it in this world and while you get smile at the great British public, I get to sit here crunching the numbers and wonder where we’ve lost five boxes of flakes in the last week,” he added through a half smile, tapping his pencil on the desk.
As Kelly turned back to face the front of the stall everything went quiet. Somewhere in the distance a clock bell sounded and a breeze swept through the vicinity. The whole beach became enraptured in its spell. Up and down the sandy coast the patrons began switching clothes with one another. Back in the shack, Brian and Kelly turned to face each other, both in a trance, and started to strip off. As they shed another layer they began to hand the garments to each other. Brian struggled into Kelly’s pale blue bra and knickers set, putting it on as if he had his whole life, while she pulled his rather large white boxer shorts. Already their bodies began to change to fit their new outfits.
As Brian pulled on Kelly’s red polo shirt and black skirt, the years were wound back and he became a twentysomething again. His hair grew darker and longer, breasts filled out his shirt and the bulge disappeared from his knickers. As Kelly pulled on Brian’s rather older red polo shirt she started gaining a few more muscles as well as another couple of decades. Short brown haired topped her head and her breasts disappeared into her chest as she pulled up Brian’s trousers (complete with bulge) and tied the laces on his black, shiny shoes as he did the same with her light blue Chuck Taylors. Then they switched the all important aprons before Kelly removed what little make-up she usually wore and Brian grabbed her handbag to add a touch to his own new face. A little red lipstick and some eyeshadow worked wonders.
 Time unfroze and suddenly Brianna and Ken were left looking at other. “Um, that was weird…did you just feel something,” Brianna said looking around. “Perhaps the tide’s about to come in,” Ken mused before sitting back down at the desk. “Anyway you have customers” he indicated to a group approaching the shack “and I have flakes to find.” “One day, I’ll wear that apron!” she said defiantly. “Good I can retire and you can chase up lost confectionary” “Oh it’s probably the seagulls or the mice aga…” Brianna blushed and turned to face her customer a very round, very red man “aga…a good day to you sir, how can I help you today?” she smiled.
Summer Fun #2
Unfortunately I still haven't had the time to work up some of the stuff I've wanted to for this blog but I hope to have a little something at the weekend.
In the meantime, here's another summer based caption which was originally created for the July 2014 caption contest on Rachel's Haven with the theme of water- based transformation. Bikini Beach was a no-no so I invented my own take on it which ended up becoming a Famous Five pastiche.
Enjoy!
My Week #8
This week I've mainly been working and continuing on with my Doctor Who rewatch however I have had some ideas about future things I'd like to do on here including putting up some more captions to celebrate my 10 years on Rachel's Haven and some tributes to some of the more stylish characters on the small screen. I've also had an idea for a short story I might write to put up here while I'm away on holiday in a few week's time. It involves a trip to the beach and my Silent Swapper entity.
Since I've been going into the office all week for the first time in months I haven't had much time to dress for work however I have now started playing around with the gender swap function on FaceApp and I'm loving the results so I'm now resisting the urge to transform all my photos. Using it on photos of me dressed though it's very much "oh so that's what that's supposed to look like". At least it's a new way of trying out certain outfit combinations and I would certainly give it a look if you're interested in what your female self would look like.
Breaking Free: Part One
This week I thought I would put up a piece of fiction I recently wrote.
This was my entry in the Haven Writing Challenge which had the topic of Confinement. There will be another part coming shortly. I did write it in a bit of a rush as I forgot the deadline for entries and so I would have liked to have written a bit more including more dialogue as the characters walk back to the halls at the end. I could have punched it up a bit to publish it here but I thought I would rather put it up in its original form. It  may sound a little autobiographical but it isn't really although there are bits and pieces that are inspired by various things/ideas/fantasies.
Hope you like.
~~~~~~~~~~

So what does confinement mean?

Well, being confined obviously. Being imprisoned, restrained, detained or held in captivity. I’m used to being confined and so much so that I thought I would never be free. The worst thing about it was that I just didn’t realise I had been confined. That confinement was my life and I just didn’t know any other way to be. I was confined to a male body and couldn’t get out.

Femininity wasn’t something I craved while growing up but it was something I saw out of the corner of my eye. Wonder Woman in her sparkly costume, make-up advertisements, long, flowing hair, girls’ school uniforms with such smart black tights and pleated skirts and every so often they all came together in someone I just envied like crazy and didn’t know why. I guess I thought I just fancied them but no matter who I dated I never came close to branching the subject of possibly trying on one of those nice dresses or maybe a skirt. No. I couldn’t let myself entertain the thought as it just wasn’t manly. It wasn’t for me and I couldn’t let it. That’s what I was told anyway, told by my relatives the television, the movies and the media. Stay in your box as that’s the way it had always been. There was that brief moment in the school play…with that blue dress …I was told it couldn’t happen again. It was embarrassing.

I hadn’t thought about it in years until I got to college and moved into the halls of residence. I found a small group of friends and we were inseparable for a while. All on the same Art Theory course so we would stay up into the night talking about… mainly rubbish but it was fun rubbish. After a late night’s drinking pre-Eurovision one night there was an idea. Lucy’s idea. What would it be like to switch clothes? Just for fun. Lucy was always suggesting odd ideas ‘just for fun’. There were three boys (me, Chris and Tom) and three girls (Lucy, Charlotte and Kim). Perfect match. I agreed reluctantly, as did we all, and so we swapped. Lucy took me into her bedroom and removed her short green dress, underwear and trainers while I did the same with my t-shirt, pants and jeans and needless to say it took one of us a longer time than the other. In fact Lucy had pretty much finished dressing by the time it took me to do up her faded pink bra. Well, put it on anyway, I still needed her help to do it up. Slipping into her pink knickers felt like something else though, so smooth and comforting. I wasn’t sure what I should feel at first and whether or not I should let myself feel pleasure for doing this. Was that wrong? When I put her black tights on my feelings doubled as I felt the nylon against my legs. I looked down and they didn’t resemble my legs at all. These were the sort of legs I would catch myself staring at while walking down the street.

The green dress fit better than I thought it would. Tighter most certainly and as Lucy zipped up the back I felt like I was being trapped in it for the night. Then she had an idea – there were wigs in the drama department, which would still be open. As I hastily tied up her trainers, feeling tight against my larger feet, she grabbed my hand and we rushed out the door and judging from the sounds in the other rooms the other guys were still struggling with bras. We ran over the common to the college, sneaked into the back room of the drama block and started trying on wigs until we found one that was the same length and shade of brown as Lucy’s hair. She jammed it on my head, gave it a little brush just to get the dust out (and some fake blood left over from a production of Dracula – I hope anyway) and give it some shape. Then we ran back and I can’t describe how free I felt running back hand in hand with Lucy.

My long hair flew around my head in the wind, I could feel the dress flying up and a gust of wind blasting my lower body. Lucy giggled and told me to stop flashing my knickers to everyone. Have I been doing dating wrong then, I asked with mock ignorance like a ditzy starlet. I just don’t know where that came from but it seemed like the right response. It certainly was to Lucy as she laughed so much all the way back asking me ‘in character’ questions. I loved it, I felt so free running back that night. In fact I don’t think I did come back that night; someone else did.

Terri Is Sick #6

Often when a virus crops up in popular culture it's the reason for the dead rising in a zombie movie and looking back over the years I've done a suprising amount of captions set during a zombie apocalypse. You don't think it would be such an interesting setting for aTG caption but if the dead rise, who knows what else might change as well.

The below caption isn't strictly set during a zombie apocalypse (I never seem to outrightly state it) but there's no denying I was inspired by George Romero's 1978 classic Dawn of the Dead in that the protagonist takes shelter in a large, empty shopping centre. This was quite a fantasy of mine when I was younger; being left to my own devices in a shopping centre, everything in one spot plus a bunch of clothes shops and no-one around to judge. I also love the idea of trying on different personas like outfits;being a different person every day.

I see I have posted this on here before but it was a number of years ago plus it hits the virus theme so I hope you don't mind.

This caption was originally posted as an entry for the December 2012 caption contest on Rachel's Haven which had the theme of The End of the World.

Don't Worry, It's Not For Me

For me, self-isolation continues along with rounds of work and sleep but at least there's the Easter break coming which will be nice. I'm still having a lot of fun dressing for work though and I do wonder if I should use some of this time to watch a few make-up tutorials. I've also kept my nails painted all week which is a rarity for me.

Recently I was watching a TV show, Dressed To Impress I think it was called. Another in the vein of twentysomething dating programmes but this seemed to involve one person trying to impress a prospective date by buying them clothes. In fact this may become a trend as I recall a show a few years ago in which two people dress each other the way they would love a date to dress. It was quite interesting especially when you saw how they really dressed at the end.

Anyway, full disclosure I only ended up watching about ten minutes of it but it left me thinking especially wondering how good I might be buying clothes for a girl and exactly how much info they had to begin with but also because one of the guys kept saying "don't worry, it's not for me" whenever he approached the till with his chosen items. This phrase irritated me as well as remembering all the times I had approached a till with both clothes and excuses to hand as to why I'm buying them. Truth is, I've never had a shop assistant ask or look at me in an odd way and I've even had the odd, rare, compliment.

I have to wonder where this so-called worry originates and perhaps that it's a fear of homosexuality or at least being thought of as homosexual which of course strikes at the masculinity of many an insecure youth or perhaps may even be a throwback to the times when it was illegal. Homosexuality and drag have always gone hand in hand but many don't see them as operating seperately and that works both ways. Of course there's also Alfred Hitchcock's 1960 movie Psycho which portrayed the main villain as not only a knife weilding killer but a transvestite. The year earlier though we had Some Like It Hot in which two musicians go on the run in drag to escape the mob. I don't think we saw a portrayal of dressing as something to be celebrated until The Rocky Horror Picture Show in 1975 but even then Dr Frank N. Furter is hardly the sanest of people. Recently though and with the success of Ru Paul's Drag Race it has been lifted to an art form and has become something to celebrate. With more and more people declaring themselves gender fluid and with trans people becoming more visible, hopefully the 2020s will see us moving away from 'worrying' when a young man shows an interest in more feminine attire.

December Update

I always seem to start my posts apologising for not updating this blog and this is no exception to the rule. every year  aim to improve my posting but I seem to have fallen behind this year. I hope there are people still out there reading this and enjoying it and if it proves inspiring at all as that was always part of my aim.

Back in October I went to a talk by Sophie LaBelle, author of Assigned Male comics (http://assignedmale.tumblr.com/) which was a nice evening and I met some great people. It was also interesting that the centre, Lime Wharf in Hackney, where the talk was held also hosts G(end)er Swap a pop-up clothing swap initiative (@genderswap on Facebook) that helps people donate and choose the kind of clothes they want to wear whatever gender they are.

November I came out of feeling that I was Daredevil, the man without fear, not because I started dressing in a red suit and fighting crime but because after a mix-up with some train times following a friend's birthday party, I ended up spending a few hours wandering the streets of London in a dress with no route back home until the early hours. Luckily no-one really noticed or at least mentioned it but I was left with the feeling that after that I'm not really scared to do it anymore. That doesn't quite bear out but I will be going out dressed tonight. Since then I also attended a screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show dressed as Magenta (a domestic) and I tried eyeshadow for the first time. I can't really remember I've bought anything in the last few months apart from a couple of new dresses, some Ugg-like sheepskin boots and a handbag.

December has not been the best month so far. Went to another convention intending to cosplay but somehow I never ended up doing so which was a bit disappointing. Some changes at work mean I'm really not looking forward to going back in the new year but at least its been a nice Christmas so far. i may have a bit more time on my hands so hopefully I will be able to update this more in 2018.

Pink Library #6: Houndstooth

I found this story only recently but it really hit my preferences so much.

That story is Houndstooth by Lyodor Tolstoyevski and it can be found in:

Funky Lady: A TG Mixed Tape

These Mix Tapes are a lovely compilation of  short TG stories, interviews and essays and are a great rear if you're just getting into TG fiction. The same Tape also contains an interview with Morpheus although the interviewer sadly (for me anyway) doesn't ask if one of my fave concepts, the Role Exchanger, will be coming back. I had read an earlier story of Lyodor's in another Mix Tape and I will probably talk about that another time.

This story is quite short, in fact I've written bigger captions but that's definitely no bad thing at all, and concerns a man and a woman on the bus. The woman (wearing a stylish houndstooth skirt) falls onto the man (wearing jeans) as the bus stops short and they slowly swap garments. Now anyone reading this knows how much I love clothes swaps and this one is one of the best and most original I've ever read. The slow description works so well as the clothes reform starting from their zippers and slowly switching material with the narrator unaware of the changes; his world reshaping around him. At the end, it's never confirmed if a TG change has even taken place and I would guess not since the woman is definitely still a woman. This does not matter one jot though especially as the narrator doesn't think it odd that he's in a skirt. The final line suits it perfectly too.

I definitely need to check out more of this author's work.

Lovely piece of writing!

Pink Library #5: SlutFest

The title might put you off a bit but this is one of my very favourite TG stories combining so many elements that I love and the author, Wyrdey, has become one of my favouirtes. I expect I shall be covering more of their tales in the future.

SlutFest by Wyrdey

The premise is simple: in order to make a name for themselves a frat house holds a competition to find the biggest slut on campus, the titular SlutFest. On the night of the contest, a disgruntled goth girl casts a spell (because they always know magic in TG storeis) which freezes time and makes the girls switch clothes with the guys which of course ends up with them fully changing genders.

The clothes swap is described in wonderful detail through every stage from underwear through to hats, make-up and accessories. Everything switched. One of my favourite lines describes the girls slipping their feet into sneakers while the guys cram theirs into heels and it's one I've since used variations on in my own caption work. Once it's over, time restarts and the everyone at the party slips into their new roles. It's a lot of fun to read about the guys suddenly slipping into the roles of attention seeking 'sluts'. For example, Marcus and Rod starting to snog and grope each other, making sure everyone's looking before starting wrestle in jelly. The frat becomes a sorority with a line in racy parties.

I loved this story so much I've used a similar device in a series of captions. I've also added a touch of Role Exchanger in that it's a mysterious alien entity. The Silent Swapper makes time freeze and a clock can be heard striking in the background before two characters exchange clothes. After the initial swap, they fully become the gender of the other person and take on their personality.

Noticeable Styles

Just a quick one tonight (or this morning now I guess since it's coming up to 1.30am here).

A little in relation to what I was talking about yesterday there was a girl I saw on the train today. She had long blonde hair and was wearing a black cap, black top and black leggings with gold chains around the neck and pockets and some blinging trainers. I've never seen an outfit like it before and I'm not sure of the right word to use but I loved it. It was something that I would never personally wear (not all the same colour) but yet I wanted to so much; I couldn't look away. It would have been such fun to swap clothes with her there and then, it's another common fantasy for me. I also find it fascinating why people wear the things they do and when. How what's stylish and the right way to dress for one person is opposite for another. Wearing a tracksuit may be a common look for one person but another would abhor it and you could say the same about long, fancy, elegant dress.

Another style I was thinking about recently was the 1940s. I've been watching some episodes of Agent Carter. Love Hayley Atwell in her blue suit. Long pencil skirt, tights and heels, just so smart and stylish. I'm liking the show so far with a highlight being the banter between Jarvis and Peggy. There's a lovely shot of Peggy walking to work in the opening episode in her blue suit and red hat, standing out amongst a sea of men dressed in dark suits.

Hmm maybe a future cosplay, who knows.

Girl Gang

One fantasy I've been having recently is being made to join a girl gang.

This is a variation on my usual transformation fantasy in which I'm being taught by someone how to be like them. My version is mainly about a bunch of chavettes, the clothes, the cheap jewellery, the Croydon facelift, the attitude, smoking, drinking, swearing etc.

I would be given longer hair and made to tie it back, big gold hoop earrings, a necklace with my new name on and made to shave my eyebrows off. I would have to get a fake tan, learn to smoke and wear clothes given to me like tracksuits and crop tops. Perhaps I would have to do dares like steal stuff or go clubbing in a short dress. We would just watch TV all day or hang around in the park drinking. Maybe I'll even have to get a tattoo.

Not sure why this is. Perhaps it's a case a being something so different from who I am now that appeals or just a strong archetype to have to fit into.

Here's a caption I did for Fratboy2sororitygirl on Rachels Haven illustrating it. This was a hard one to do because i had to use my own preferences and as ever it was a case of too much choice.

Tales From The Role Exchanger #4

I was re-reading one of the Role Exchanger stories recently and thought I would share possibly my favourit change with you all.

This one comes from The Role Exchanger 2 in which the blue alien entity has some fun in a suburban neighbourhood with two sisters.

It's always fun to take a straight laced business type and turn her into a bad girl.  The changes are so well done here from the purple streak appearing in Karen's hair to her constant swearing showing that she was changing. The slow realisation that her sister got piercings everywhere because they were now appearing on her body and the transfer of tattoos. The thought processes are written well as both come to the conclusion that they like their new looks. I love that Chloe is quietly relieved that her adornments have disappeared and now it was respect that mattered to her as she considered her future. Karen meanwhile despite her initial shock, loves her new badass look, seeing it through Chloe's eyes.

The next morning Karen would probably blow off work and head off to a tattoo parlour and some clothes shops while Chloe would be borrowing her old clothes, perhaps putting on a skirt suit and go around town looking for work. she would probably end up the breadwinner too with her new work ethic. I would love to read more about these two characters.

The role swap truly makes them see things from the other's point of view. Chloe admires her big sister for her style and respectability while Karen gets the appeal of tattoos, piercings and the bad girl look. It makes her feel strong. Of course with me, it's nearly always down to the clothes and it's a great style switch.

      Karen frowned slightly as she critically examined her younger sister... half
sister Chloe who had just come over for a visit.

 At 29 years old, Karen was already successful in her career, due in no
small part to her ambition and determination. She was also known at work as
something of an ice queen... Work came first. Even when she was at home
she often wore her business clothes, though she was currently and somewhat
rarely dressed in a more casual manner.

 Chloe on the other hand was almost the complete opposite of Karen. She was
17 and still in high school, though Karen thought it a miracle that she
hadn't dropped out yet. And where Karen was always conservative, Chloe had
gone Goth or punk...though Karen couldn't quite tell which. Her clothes
were mostly black, with a black leather jacket that had a few metal studs on
it. There was a streak of purple in her hair, and that didn't even touch
the tattoos that she had or that her face nearly looked like a pin-cushion
due to all of the piercings.

 "Well?" Chloe demanded, "Are you going to lend me the fucking money or
not?"

 Karen rolled her eyes slightly at Chloe's foul language, though well used
to hearing such from Chloe's mouth. She couldn't help but wonder what had
ever happened to that cute and innocent little girl she used to be. But of
course, Karen had always thought that Chloe was a brat, right since the day
that she had been born.

 "Do you have to speak like that?" Karen sighed, "You know that you aren't
going to get anywhere in life if you keep dressing and talking like you
do..."

 "What's wrong with the way I fucking talk?" Chloe demanded, just to push
Karen's buttons. "And at least I'm an individual... not some fucking
corporate sellout..."

 "Well this corporate sellout has decided against lending you any money,"
Karen responded coldly. "After all, I know that I would never see it
again..."

 Just then, both Karen and Chloe caught a glimpse of something blue from the
corner of their eyes. But when they turned to look, there was nothing
there.

 "What the fuck was that?" Karen demanded. "That nearly scared the shit out
of me."

 "How should I know?" Chloe shrugged in annoyance.

 Karen scowled, then paused as she realized that something wasn't quite
right... She looked back at Chloe and was startled to realize that her
sister no longer had the purple steak in her hair, though she didn't notice
that a matching purple streak had now appeared in her own hair.

 "Where did you get that?" Chloe gasped, "Your hair... That tattoo..."

 "What the fuck are you talking about now?" Karen demanded, then looked down
at her own arm and gasped in shock at he sight of a tattoo of roses and
thorns which encircled her upper arm, just like the tattoo that Chloe had...
"Shit! No fucking way..."

 "That looks just like mine," Chloe whispered, quickly taking off her
leather jacket and now revealing her own naked and untattooed arms.

 After glancing at Chloe's arms, Karen looked back down at her own,
surprised to see that several more tattoos had appeared in the last few
seconds. There was one on her other arm that looked like a skull and
dagger... just like Chloe's.

 "Let me see your shoulder," Chloe exclaimed, moving to look at Karen's back
and then whispering, "You have all my tattoos..."

 Karen and Chloe were both too stunned by this to even be able to say
anything. But while they just stood there, staring at Chloe's clean arms
and Karen's new tattoos, Karen felt a cold tingling rush over her.

 "What the fuck?" Karen demanded as she reached up to touch her face where
the tingling had been strongest, stunned to feel something in her nose. Her
nose was now pierced, with a small ring through one side. But that
obviously wasn't all. She could feel more of them... on her lips and above
one of her eyebrows.

 "No fucking way?" Karen gasped, "No fucking way can this be happening..."

 But when Karen looked at Chloe, who was staring at her in disbelief, she
didn't miss the fact that every single one of her little sister's piercings
was gone. Even the ones in her ears, or at least all except for one small
piercing in each ear. And those ones looked like Karen's ear rings.

 Quickly reaching to her ears, Karen realized that she now had half a dozen
piercings and rings through each ear. There was no doubt in her mind that
she had somehow gained them from Chloe, but that made no sense. And Chloe
looked just as confused by what was going on as she was.

 "Shit," Karen spat out, glaring at her sister, "Your fucking tits and cunt
weren't pierced too, were they?"

 "Well..." Chloe shrugged in embarrassment.

 "Goddamn it," Karen spat as she turned and ran to the mirror that hung on
her living room wall.

 For a moment, Karen just stood in front of the mirror, staring at herself
in disbelief. That couldn't be her in the mirror... She'd never had a
single piercing, at least not other than one on each ear, nor had she ever
had a single tattoo. But now she had multiples of both.

 But as Karen stood there, she couldn't help thinking that they looked rather
wicked. She took a deep breath, feeling rather pleased, feeling sort
of... dangerous. She looked like a real bad ass bitch. And though she
wasn't sure why, she knew that she liked the changes in her.

 Then Karen looked down at her clothes and scowled. "Shit," she muttered, "I
can't wear these fucking rags..." She was going to have to find some new
clothes... Something wicked that went with her new tattoos and piercings.
Maybe something like Chloe's leather jacket...

 At the same time, Chloe was looking down at herself, letting out a sigh of
relief, suddenly feeling glad that she'd lost her tattoos and piercings.
Who in the world would want to go through the rest of their life branded
like some sort of cow? It just wasn't respectable...

 "How would anyone take me seriously like that?" she asked herself.

 Chloe looked at her own clothes and silently winced. She couldn't believe
that she was wearing those things. They made her look like some sort of
slut or punk. And there was no way that she'd get any sort of respect
wearing such things as that. Now Karen's clothes were nice... Chloe
realized that her big sister really knew how to dress and decided that she
was going to have to start wearing those kinds of clothes herself.

 While Karen and Chloe tried making sense of what had just happened to them,
and made plans for their new images, neither of them noticed the glowing
blue ball which hovered somewhere overhead. It remained were it was, as if
watching them for a moment longer before it began moving away...

Schoolgirl

I enjoyed writing yesterdays blog on fantasies so today my mind wanders back to my schooldays and I wonder what I would have been like as a schoolgirl. I'm talking senior school, or high school, age by the way.

I reckon it would probably have been much the same, fat and geeky, perhaps with a long skirt, jumper, buttoned up shirt and tie. I know we all wonder what it would be like to go back to our teenage years and what we would do differently now. Maybe finally stand up to that bully, study harder and ace every test or just ease off a little and enjoy your freedom more but what would it be like as a different gender. That one change alone puts you in with a different group of people and even though you may essentially be the same person, your surroundings and what is expected of you differ.

I always remember my year got three new students at the beginning of one year. The girls flocked around the only girl there, the guys were talking to the thin, athletic dude and then there was this other guy sitting in the corner. I went over and talked to him and he became one of my best friends for many years. We still keep in contact, by the way, but don't see each other as much as we used to. Oddly enough it was him who introduced me to the gang of friends I hung around with for the rest of my time there, people who had been in my year for the last two or three years.

Perhaps I would like to think I would be more outgoing as a girl but I would probably be the same same shy geek although I would have different friends. Some may have been the same as me but who knows I may have fallen in with the more popular girls who would teach me about make-up and wearing my skirt short. Maybe I would have had a bigger gang of friends and done more things. Sounds a bit like Mean Girls but you never know what might have happened. Of course we had people who were more popular than others, held in higher respect, but it wasn't like a clique or anything. Perhaps I've just watched too much American TV but that's probably a stereotypical view of high school. Never had cheerleaders and I doubt I would have tried out anyway but I did kind of covert the girls sports skirts and tops. They used to play a lot of netball at my school. I used to steal my sister's school skirt when she was otherwise occupied and dress up.

I used to have an odd little fantasy as well. I used to imagine I was I woke up in an alternate universe (but I was aware of it) and was now the equivalent of one of the more popular girls, who I remember used to have a great dress sense. In fact I chronicled it in a caption. The below cap was made for Rachel's Haven caption competition in March 2011 which had 'Everything is Wrong Day' as its topic. The picture is a promo from the 2009 film Tormented

The New Lisa (2011)
Another fantasy I had was for one of the girls to teach me how to be like her. How to dress, do make-up, behave in class, what to put in my bag etc.I would love to write this up as a story one day and its been a constant fantasy through my life for a woman (she could be a goth, chav, bimbo etc) to teach me how to be like her, personality quirks and all.

Maybe my fantasies owe more to my school days than I first thought.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice...

Well, at this time of year all the Christmas annuals have come out. When I was younger I used to get the Beano Annual, the Transformers Annual and a few others I can't remember the name of right now but one of them ignited transformation desires within me (and no, it wasn't Transformers, oddly enough. I have no desire to turn into an automobile). This was (as far as memory serves) the Beetlejuice Annual for 1991.

I was a bit too young for the original film when it came out and to be honest it scared the shit out of me. There's one bit in which one of the ghosts begins to crumble and it was just...urgh. For anyone who hasn't the faintest what I'm talking about, Beetlejuice is a 1988 film by director Tim Burton and starring future Batman, Michael Keaton. To be honest, I always associate Keaton with the role of Batman and I have a strong memory of Batmania back in 1989 but I'm getting offtopic. The plot of Beetlejuice revolved a newly married couple who die and begin haunting their house until a new family, The Deetzes, move in. The couple then hire another spirit, Beetlejuice, to scare them away. In 1990 they made an animated series involving Beetlejuice's adventures in the afterlife with the Lydia, The Deetzes' goth daughter who became his best friend. I used to watch this series every Saturday and really enjoyed it. I also remember bugging my parents for the Gameboy game.

Anyway, I was walking around a market one day when I came across the annual on sale and a picture of Lydia dressed in Beetlejuice's trademark stripey suit (remade into a skirt suit) after having been given his powers for some reason. In full disclosure, I have no idea whether this was the 1991 annual and if the picture was on the front cover or inside the book with the story. I just have this image in my mind. I've tried to find an image of it but I haven't been able to, which is really suprising as the internet holds every picture of everything ever ever (probably). I saw the cover of the 1992 annual though so it definitely isn't that but in any case it's given me a lovely nostalgia trip looking through the old pictures.

Promo picture for the 1990 Beetlejuice animated series
I think it was just the idea of one character switching clothes and attributes with another that intrigued me so much but yet I also shy away from bodyswap stories in film and TV for some reason. I never bought that annual for some reason I can't remember but the image and idea stayed with and really excited me. It was around the same time I remember drawing a series of pictures of fictional characters swapping clothes. I have to wonder whether it was this picture that started it for me or just drew out a desire.

By the way, apologies if i have blogged about this before. It was something I always meant to but I can't remember if I did. Doesn't look like it though.

Couple Clothes Swap

I've just come across this wonderful website. As you know, clothes swapping is a hot idea for me and this Canadian photographer, Hana Pesut, has taken a series of photographs of couples for a project named Switcheroo. One before and one after, the after shot has them with switched clothes in the same location and with the same pose.

Nigella and Caitlin

Just a quick one.

I saw this picture in The Times today, briefly while shopping, and loved it.

Nigella Lawson and Caitlin Moran.
Photograph by Mark Harrison for The Times

The two women are TV cook Nigella Lawson (right) and writer/journalist Caitlin Moran (left) and they have both swapped styles for this photoshoot. I expect not many poeple outside the UK will know who they are. Nigella is usually dressed more conservatively in long skirts and dresses while Caitlin has a more eclectic yet modern style. In fact it's quite odd to see Nigella Lawson in such a crazy pose, she must have enjoyed herself a lot.

This appeals to my love of personality and clothes swapping. When I was much much younger I used to draw pictures of people, mainly fictional and cartoon figures, with their clothes swapped. The only ones I can recall right now are Asterix and Obelix. I think there was also something involving Madonna and that conical bra she was famously pictured with back in the early 1990s.

Ok so not much but just another look into my psyche.
